Hareshaw Community Wood

Located in the village of Hareshaw on Greenhill Rd. The entrance is located just over the old railway bridge on the right hand side of the road. A gate leads to the woods along a narrow foot path along the former railway line. Lots of foot paths throughout the woods which comprise of mainly young trees. Lots of silver birch and hawthorn. On my walk I saw lots of birds feeding on the many berries on the trees. Well worth a visit.
