Halsdon

Halsdon Nature Reserve boasts wonderful riverside meadows and woodland walks. It is one of the best places to spot otters throughout the year, as well as kingfishers, bluebells and interesting fungi. The path along the River Torridge is easy to access, and the deserted ruins of a water-mill add further interest.
