Gunsgreenhill

A variety of community-planted woodlands are present within Gunsgreenhill, the first 7.3 ha of which were planted in 1994 to help define development areas for the golf course. The species used included Corsican pine, sycamore, ash, cherry and rowan. More plantations have been carried out since then, and further widening of the woodlands is anticipating in the future.
