Frog Copse

This is a small (just under one hectare) but attractive copse featuring mainly oak trees, many quite ancient and supporting well-established ivy, along with some younger holly, ash and yew and an abundance of birds and butterflies. A recent addition to the copse is a magnificent carved frog located (naturally) at the Frog Lane entrance. Other access points are from Downshire Way and the footpath-cycleway to the south.
