Fannyside Muir

A large Forestry Commission site on the outskirts of Cumbernauld. Plenty of off road parking at various points at the woods. Mixture of broadleaf and conifer trees. Plenty of wide forest tracks for easy access to the woods. The site also has a large peat bog as well as Fannyside Lochs which are also worth visiting. Good views of Kilsyth Hills and surrounding area.
