Durris Forest

A Forestry Commission wood up in the hills south of the River Dee, this is an attractive place for a walk, despite plenty of evidence of commercial forestry operations. The broad, dry track would also be suitable for 'non-technical' mountain biking. The views over Deeside are splendid and ever changing.
