Clyne And Singleton

Clyne Woods is part of the Clyne Valley Country Park, a 280 hectare area of hillside, gorge and meadows. There are oak, birch and beech trees. Birds include wrens, nuthatches and woodpeckers. There is significant industrial heritage here. Coal, bricks, iron, arsenic and copper have all been produced in the area. There are parking facilities, bus services, cycle paths and a bridleway.
