These woods run through the heart of the community, the ancient woodland has a network of well-maintained paths that are popular with locals, especially dog walkers. It's also home to a stunning waterfall, wildlife and spring flowers. There is plenty to do at this picturesque woodland with loads of events for all ages including teddy bear picnics, guided walks, photography groups and woodland foraging events where you can tickle your taste buds and discover some of the edible nuts, berries and fungi.
