Blackbrook Wood

A wooded, rocky edge running adjacent to Hallamshire Golf Club, with excellent views to the Peak District and the city. Accessed by footpaths across the golf course, or, from Lodge Lane car park. Some of the best views are just a short walk from the car park. The footpaths do have some steep sections, potentially restricting access for people with limited mobility. If you enjoy dog-walking, rambling, jogging or bouldering, then this is a great place to get some outdoor exercise.
