Atherton to Worsley disused railway line

Originally known as the Tyldesley Loopline this is now a pleasant and discrete band of broad-leaved woodland which reveals some open views and the occasional wildlife pond. Although overgrown in places, there are alternative paths and good access available towards Roe Green and Worsley.
