Harwood Dale Forest

Harwood Dale Forest is an area of coniferous woodland, mainly pines and spruces. It offers an interesting wood for birdwatching and is home to animal species such as roe deer, badgers, squirrels and foxes and dragonflies in the ponds and ditches. There are no formal facilities, but this only adds to the peace and tranquillity during a stroll.
