Joining us means joining a team of passionate, determined and dedicated professionals who make it their mission to stand up for trees.

We want to see a UK rich in native woods and trees, for people and wildlife. Could you help us achieve it?

Work in some of the UK’s most stunning woodlands, inspire others to plant trees, be a conservation champion, campaign for policy change or help raise the money to allow us to continue our vital work creating havens for wildlife.

Whatever you do, you’ll be part of something special.

What you can expect

Like our trees, we want our people to grow and thrive – and the Investors in People and Investing in Volunteers accreditations we’ve been awarded prove we are getting it right.

This shows we have good practice in leadership and people management at the Trust, you can hear more from our employees here in a collaborative case study from Investors in People.

You’ll definitely have the opportunity to get out and about in our woods. Every new member of the team learns what we do on dedicated woodland walks and we want every employee to plant a tree.

We recognise and value our people. You'll have full support, training and opportunities for professional development, along with a contributory pension, life assurance and excellent holiday entitlement.

It’s not all hard work. We believe in creating an environment that allows our talented people to be their best. We value a good work/life balance, celebrate success and take employee wellbeing seriously.
